Glendale Considers Building Electrification Code

Glendale is developing new building electrification, and electric vehicle (EV) reach codes. The new regulations would impact new building construction effective January 1st, 2023.

The Pasadena City Council voted to adopt its building electrification ordinance this month. The new code matches the policy outline approved by the council this past June.
