BIDs and local organizations can provide resources and connections that help property teams navigate issues ranging from public safety and homelessness-related activity to incident response and conditions surrounding their buildings.
But those resources are most useful when property teams understand who to contact, what support is available, and what they can realistically expect from these partnerships.
Our panel will feature Suzanne Holley, President & CEO of the DTLA Alliance, and Anthony Rodriguez, President & CEO of the LA Fashion District BID, bringing firsthand experience working at the intersection of Downtown Los Angeles, commercial properties, and community safety.
The conversation will be moderated by our Security Committee Chairs Ivan Villegas, CPP, UCLA, and Mario Gaggioli, Guard-Systems, Inc.
