Connecting Building Teams With Local BIDs
Our Security and Emergency Preparedness Committee brought property professionals together for an engaging conversation about a resource close to their buildings: Business Improvement Districts, or BIDs.
Suzanne Holley of the DTLA Alliance and Anthony Rodriguez of the LA Fashion District BID shared how BID teams can help property staff stay informed about neighborhood concerns and connect with the right people when an issue comes up.
The takeaway for members was simple: Find your local BID and learn what it can do for your property. Building that relationship now can make it easier to know whom to call when you need support.
