BOMA/GLA Attends Revive 2025: BOMA Pacific Southwest Conference

Last week, BOMA/GLA staff attended the Revive 2025 BOMA Pacific Southwest Conference, joining professionals from across the region for a day of learning, connection, and celebration.
Throughout the sessions, participants explored a wide range of issues impacting commercial real estate (CRE), including the rise of artificial intelligence, advocacy efforts, leadership strategies, and innovations in property technology.
Highlighting Advocacy and Legislative Updates
A key moment for advocacy was the Legislative Panel, where our own Christopher Bowen, Director of Government and Public Affairs, joined industry leaders to talk about new policies and regulations impacting the CRE industry.
This session really showed how important advocacy is to protect and support our industry.
Advancing Property Technology Conversations
The conference also featured a lively discussion on emerging Property Technology trends, where industry leaders shared insights into the opportunities and risks of new technologies transforming building operations.
For BOMA/GLA's Property Technology Committee, these conversations are crucial as we continue to prepare our members for the rapidly evolving digital landscape. For example, the rising use of AI.
Celebrating Excellence with the TOBY Awards
The day ended with a celebration of the Regional TOBY Award winners, recognizing excellence in property management and inspiring CRE professionals across the industry.
Looking Ahead
Revive 2025 offered great ideas and inspiration. BOMA/GLA is bringing these lessons back to help drive innovation, leadership, and advocacy for our members.
