How Members Strengthened CRE Advocacy at BOMA at the Bowl

BOMA at the Bowl 2025

BOMA/GLA members gathered at the iconic Hollywood Bowl for an evening that brought together community, conversation, and commitment to advocacy.

Special guests included longtime friends like Los Angeles City Attorney Hydee Feldstein-Soto and voice of reason at City Hall Councilmember Monica Rodriguez; offering members valuable face time with two key policymakers shaping the future of Los Angeles.

Why This Event Matters

By raising critical funds for the BOMA/GLA PAC, BOMA at the Bowl strengthened our ability to:

  • Defend our industry against harmful policies that threaten jobs, investments, and economic growth.
  • Support and elect leaders who understand commercial real estate and are ready to partner with us on proactive solutions for Los Angeles.

These resources ensure that commercial real estate’s voice is not only heard but has real influence in City Hall, Sacramento, and beyond.

Advocacy in Action

Direct engagement with policymakers like Councilmember Rodriguez and City Attorney Feldstein-Soto underscores the importance of BOMA/GLA’s advocacy efforts.

Our members had the opportunity to share perspectives, build relationships, and highlight the vital role our industry plays in keeping Los Angeles strong.

Thank You

Events like this are only possible because of the investment and participation of our members.

Every contribution to the PAC helps ensure commercial real estate remains a powerful and united voice in the policy decisions that affect us most.

And we’re just getting started — this momentum will carry us into next year’s policy battles, where BOMA/GLA will be ready to defend our industry and drive real solutions for Los Angeles.
